You can easily change your subscription yourself in the App. In order to do so open your profile and click on "Membership". There you will find the option "manage membership". Choose your desired myClubs plan.
Please bear in mind, that the change to a different subscription will come into effect immediately. Because of this, we advise you to only change your subscription on the last day of your membership or when you have used up all your credits.
If you want, we can also note down the change for the next booking period. In order to do so, send us a short message via the chat or to email@example.com. Please inform us at least one week in advance, so we can make the according changes in the system.
If you want to change your subscription, it is not possible to simply pay the difference to the higher priced product.
