myClubs offers different ways to book workouts which makes planning your sports routine as flexible as possible.
Reservation requests
If you would like to participate in a workout that needs to be requested first, you can click on the workout you would like to do in the sports search and click on "request booking". As soon as the sport provider has accepted your request you will get an email, as well as a push-notification, informing you that your reservation request has been accepted. You can then attend the workout!
Sometimes, it might happen that the class is already fully booked, and participating is not possible. In this case, you will also get an email, as well as a push-notification, informing you that your reservation request had to be declined.
These workouts always have a cancellation period, which is mentioned directly in the description of each workout. This means, that you can cancel an already confirmed booking until a certain time before the class starts via the app yourself. If you don't cancel the booking yourself via the app and you cannot participate, we cannot cancel it retroactively for you. If you have an UNLIMITED membership there will be an incomplete check-in (no-show) fee.
Studio Check-in/Drop-in
If a sports provider uses the booking type studio check-in, you don't need a confirmed reservation request, you can simply go to the studio! All you need to do is scan the QR- code at the studio and then choose which class you would like to participate in. This way you are already checked in for the class and ready to go!
This booking type is the most flexible way to do workouts with myClubs! However, it might happen in rare cases that classes are already full and you won't be able to participate. Therefore, we kindly ask you to always be at the studio 10-15 minutes before the class starts, so you secure your spot in the class!
Booking requests via telephone
If you want to do activities such as EMS training, tennis, or other flexible workouts, it is necessary to have an individual appointment for the activity with the sport provider! Every workout, for which an appointment is necessary, has the phone number of the sport provider linked in the workout description in the myClubs app.
When you call the sport provider, make sure to have your myClubs membership number ready, so the sport provider can save your booking right away. There are also cancellation deadlines for this booking type, which you can find in the app. This means that you can cancel your confirmed booking via the app yourself until a certain time before the workout starts. If you don't cancel the booking yourself via the app and you cannot participate, we cannot cancel it retroactively for you.
