myClubs has two types of vouchers, which are redeemed differently:
Vouchers that unlock a product (e.g. gift cards): redeem these at myclubs.com/getmyclubs.
Vouchers that reduce the price (discount or referral codes): enter these in the "Voucher or referral code" field during checkout.
If your code still doesn't work after using the correct method for your voucher type, try the following:
Please clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.
Alternatively, you can also try redeeming your voucher code in an incognito/private browsing window.
