When you attend a workout with myClubs, you must check in on-site using the QR code to confirm your booking.

Every sports partner provides a QR code stand that you can scan using the myClubs app.

Open the myClubs app when you arrive at the venue.

Tap the square icon in the middle of the screen.

1. Open the myClubs app when you arrive at the venue.

3. Scan the sports partner's QR code.
4. Select the workout you are attending.
5. Tap <b>"Create ticket"</b>.

If a green ticket appears on your screen, your check-in was successful.

If you do not complete the check-in correctly, the system will detect an <b>Incomplete Check-in (No-Show)</b>.

In this case, you will receive an email and a push notification.

Please note: The sports partner cannot complete the check-in on your behalf.
