I am having issues with the app, what can I do?

If you are having issues with the app, please try and close the app completely and then open it again. If this did not help, please deinstall the app from your smartphone and download it again.

If your problem still occurs, please send us a message via the chat on the myClubs website or if possible directly in the app. Please also include in your message which device you use (Android or iOS).
