If you have problems with your internet connection on-site and the possible workouts are not shown correctly, you can still check-in. After a failed attempt you can do another check-in without having to scan the QR-code again. All you need to do is go to a spot with a better internet connection and click on "Reload". You can then create the ticket for your workout.
However, if you still have a problem checking in, you can always click on "Report a problem". A window then pops up and you can leave us a message.
If you don't check in properly, the system recognizes an incomplete check-in (no-show) and you will be informed about this via email as well as via push-notification.
