Check-in on site
If a workout is marked as "check-in on-site" you can decide spontaneously to participate at the workout because you can check-in at the studio yourself. A booking in advance is therefore not necessary.
If you like to plan your week of workouts in advance, you can add the workout to your list by clicking the button "check-in on-site". The saved activity is neither a booking request nor a booking. A booking is only created once you have scanned the QR-code on site and have checked in. The sport provider doesn't receive any information about your "saved activities" - the saved activities are simply a workout reminder or are meant to help your planning.
Request a booking
In this case you have to register for the class you are interested in. Once you click "Request booking" a booking request is sent to the sport provider. Depending on the free slots in the class, your booking request is either confirmed or declined (e.g. this happens when the class is already fully booked). As soon as your request has been confirmed, you will get an email and a push-notification informing you that your booking request was confirmed and that you can participate in class. We therefore recommend activating the push-notifications!
Booking by telephone
Some sport providers have to be booked via telephone, which is the case if appointments need to be made individually (e.g. EMS or tennis).
This means that you need to call the sport provider and make an appointment. It is important that you always tell the sport provider your membership number while on the phone. The sport provider can then save the appointment in the myClubs system and your booking is confirmed.
In the workout description you can see which type of booking is necessary.
