To confirm your participation in your booked workout, it is necessary to check in on-site via QR-code scan and to create your ticket.

If this does not happen, we will have to charge you a no-show fee in the UNLIMITED plan. Your participation in your booked workout can only be confirmed by checking in on-site. The sports provider can't perform the check-in for you!

Tip: Activate your push-notifications! If you forget to check in for your booked workout before the class starts, we will send you a check-in reminder via push-notification during the class. After the class, you will have 30 minutes to check in for your booked workout and to create your green ticket.
