If this does not happen, we will have to charge you a no-show fee in the UNLIMITED plan. Your participation in your booked workout can only be confirmed by checking in on-site.

Tip: Activate your push notifications! If you forget to check in for your booked workout before the class starts, we will send you a check-in reminder via push message during the class. After the class, you will have 30 minutes to check in for your booked workout and to create your green ticket.
