How can I pause my FLEX subscription?

To pause your FLEX membership, open your profile in the myClubs app and select β€œMembership.” Click on β€œCreate pause” and select the desired duration of your pause. This way, you can pause for individual membership months if you're going on an extended vacation or are unavailable for other reasons.

Please note that a pause is not possible during an active membership month. You can pause your subscription for a period between 14 days and up to 3 months. Unused credits expire at the end of your booking period and cannot be transferred to upcoming booking periods.
